Technical Project Manager


●      Project Management activities: project planning, project hours management, change control, external and internal team management

○      Lead communicator between internal Lulu and Georgia team and external teams both integration teams and other third party consultants.

○      Set expectations and escalate issues to all involved parties.

●      Multiple Project management and delivery for effective and on-time solutions.

●      Documentation: Project plans, work breakdown structure, timeline, requirements and deliverables, progress reports, changes to project milestones updates, blockers, weekly status updates documented, meeting notes sent after every session, requirements and requirement decision changes formally documented.

●      Cross System understanding and hands on assistance including within the following:

○      NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify, SPS EDI, Narvar, Looker, and others.

●      Leading business systems project progress through decision making, creative solutioning, partnering with business process owners and the technology team members.

●      Will be working directly with the key stakeholders on project charters, prioritization of projects and smaller tasks as well as day- to - day management of project related issues.

●      Coordination of large scale project prioritization and contract negotiations.


Skills & Qualifications

●      Undergraduate degree in relevant field, Masters degree in business, finance or systems is highly preferred.

●      5+ years serving as Lead Consultant or Project Manager with ERP and Ecommerce Systems

●      NetSuite Certifications: NetSuite Financial User, NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator

●      PMP Certification

●      Celigo Certification and experience appreciated

●      Qualified background in project management, accounting, finance and business systems

●      Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical individuals, including effective assessment of project health, issue escalation, and effective reporting of project details.

●      Experience in task management, scrum activities, JIRA and other ticketing tools- to best track timeline and pace of project deliverables.

Assistant Merchandise Planner

Lulu & Georgia is looking for an organized, detail oriented and hard-working Assistant Merchandise Planner to join our growing team!  You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where multitasking and problem solving are key. This position requires great attention to detail and excellent organization.  This role will report to the assigned category’s Merchandise Planner and will assist in driving sales, optimizing inventory, and generating profit. 


- Update weekly, in-season ladder plans with actual sales data to track weekly performance to plan.

- Create new ladder plan shells, as needed, by Merchandise Planners.

- Update Weekly Sales Performance reports for Merchandising, Marketing & Creative teams.

- Work with Assistant Buyer to track estimated arrival of inventory for editorial launches.

- Update and track order request from the Buying & Products Teams.

- Act as liaison to Customer Experience team on stock availability.

- Maintaining the data entry of inventory units across multiple fulfillment models. 

- Gather and consolidate data for quarterly reports that include % Contribution, Item Margin, & Royalty Commissions Reports. 

- Quantify unit need for reorders as needed. 

- Work with vendors on the alignment of reserve stock inventory and alert Merchandise Planners of discrepancies or low units.

SEO Manager

Lulu and Georgia is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our growing team! This person will manage the day to day aspects of our organic search initiatives. They will work closely with multiple departments to efficiently scale our organic traffic and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will be motivated and skilled to get Lulu and Georgia onto page 1 of organic search results. This role will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.


- Evolve and implement an effective SEO growth strategy, working closely with Product, Creative, PR, and Merchandising teams.

- Manage keyword research, blog content ideation, technical SEO, link building, and placement + maintenance of on page content.

- Oversee the measurement and tracking of site ranking factors, keywords, internal and external links, and site content.

- Perform site audits and work with our technical team to implement findings

- Work with our PR team to evolve and execute a scalable link-earning strategy

- Stay up to date on the latest developments in SEO and search engine algorithm changes

- Serve as SEO subject matter expert for content writers, digital product teams and technology teams

- Create internal reporting to measure SEO insights and extract actionable learnings

- A team player who will effectively collaborate with multiple team members and various departments

What we are looking for:

- 3-5 years of experience at an agency or brand managing content and technical SEO

Associate Manager, 3PL Operations

Lulu and Georgia is looking for an Assistant Manager of 3PL Operations to join our operations team to manage day to day operations at our third party 3PL warehouse. In this role, you will coordinate operations between our corporate office and 3PL, including inventory management and order fulfillment. This role is full time and located within our 3PL center in Eastvale, CA, reporting to the Director of Operations.

- Oversee day to day Lulu and Georgia business operations at our 3PL location.
- Ensure Lulu & Georgia inventory and order fulfillment is prioritized at 3PL and streamline processes.
- Supervise inventory from international container imports and domestics receivings. - Responsible for overseeing unload, receipt, location assignment and reconciling overages/shortages in a timely manner.
- Oversee order fulfillment - picking, packing and shipping via small parcel and LTL/white glove with KPI reporting on order life cycle.
- Will act as liaison with the Customer Experience team on order statuses, prioritization of orders and product questions.
- Manage outbound small parcel shipments and scheduling of trailers as needed.
- Provides statuses to our Buying and Planning team on inventory receival.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years relevant experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations. Customer service experience is a plus.

Sr. Software Engineer, Full Stack

Lulu and Georgia is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack to help build our technical strategy for short-term product initiatives to drive immediate impact and establish the technical foundation for our long-term success. You will be responsible for developing web experiences that power Lulu and Georgia day in and day out.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing clean, high-performing code and experience managing and architecting thoughtful, accessible user experiences. You will be critical in establishing the engineering philosophy and supporting our overall digital product strategy and its related testing and feature roadmap.

This is a full-time role that can be based in Los Angeles or remotely and will report to the Sr. Director, Digital Product.


- Develop and maintain our eCommerce platform using front-end technologies, Shopify’s APIs, and Liquid template language

- Engineer an intuitive, impactful, and accessible user experience

- Advise on architecture and implementation of scalable. reliable, and maintainable engineering solutions

- Ensure a stable and performant web experience

- Establish best practices and process for clean code development and management

- Maintain data warehouse and support ongoing optimizations and integrations for company reporting

- Manage efforts to comply with information security best practices

- Drive engineering improvements through process development, architectural optimizations, and tech debt paydown

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years building robust full-stack experiences in eCommerce or order management

- 2+ years leading teams and projects with iterative deliverables

- Experience with Shopify and Liquid; other Ecommerce platform experience a plus

- Fluent in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, PHP; Ruby experience a plus

- Experience integrating with other systems like Netsuite, SAP, or other ERPs

- Experience benchmarking, debugging, and monitoring systems pre- and post-feature release

Logistics Coordinator

Lulu & Georgia is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team! You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where multitasking and problem-solving are key. This position requires great attention to detail and excellent organization, and the ability to multitask. In this role, you’ll report to our Director of Product and work closely with our international production teams, warehouses, freight forwarders, and importation partners. This is a great role for someone who is interested in product production, international logistics, supply chain, and the international economic market.

- Ensure on-time vendor shipping schedules, update estimated time of arrival, tracking and tracing inbound containers, tracking event exceptions, and update all shipment information on time.
- Plan and supervise international shipments from production to end-user and schedule daily and weekly routes
- Work with purchasing team on direct containers and any other related items/tasks
- Maintain the track and trace and distribute delivery schedules
- Utilize container planning software to build out containers prior to shipping
- Obtain PODs and packing slips as well as other shipping documents to provide with appropriate parties
- Troubleshoot and report issues involving BOLs, equipment shortages, Detention, and demurrage.
- Attend weekly calls and teams to address transportation issues and ways to reduce cost on current imports
- Implement and manage production planner to ensure timeline and shipping meet delivery due dates for launch product
- Determine the most effective mode and routing of goods to DC locations
- Coordinate with planning teams and immediately inform teams of current and future material shortages that directly impact production to make proper adjustments

What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 4+ years of experience in international transport including ocean freight, logistics and/or customs operations
- Excellent communication to cross-functional teams
- Experienced in container planning, preparation of loading plans, and can suggest and advise better avenues to preplan import shipments
- Adaptable and flexible to achieve company goals and objectives
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, email, telephone) with strong attention to detail

Customer Experience Specialist

Lulu and Georgia is looking for a full-time enthusiastic and hard-working CX Specialist to join our growing team. You will work in a fun and fast-paced environment where multitasking and problem solving are key. In this role, you’ll work closely with our customers and vendors as part of a small cross-functional team. This position requires high-level communication via email and chat. This is a great role for someone who is interested in interior design, eCommerce, operations, and sales. 


- Respond to customer emails, engage in live chats, and answer phone calls regarding product and order inquiries

- Assist with customer orders, shipping issues, and returns processing

- Be a brand expert and knowledgeable about all products

- Be a solutions minded advocate when faced with complicated situations

- Communicate with our warehouse and shipping partners to resolve outstanding issues

- Analyze customer feedback and coordinate with management to continuously improve the shopping experience
